Excuses
We all have an excuse if we want one! Don't allow yourself to get lost in excuses of why you can't work out or why you can't eat right. If you want to bad enough, you'll do what you need to to reach your fitness and health goals.
Determination: Get it, find it, don't let yourself loose it once you have it!
Goals: Set them, be measurable and specific, and give yourself something to look forward to.
Rewards: Whether it's a new wardrobe or a vacation to the tropics, rewards give you focus for your goals. It gives you reason to start, reason to keep going and reason to stay determined. The ultimate reward is being healthy! Nothing trumps that. But, nothing beats small rewards along the way to keep your focus where it needs to be and beat cravings.
Choice: Life is about choices. It's not one choice that makes or breaks a fitness plan. It's a series of choices that makes or breaks your plan. A clear cut plan is the best way to succeed in your health, fitness and nutrition. Make sure to include all in your plan. You wouldn't fudge on a business plan, would you?
Dedication: It's about keeping your focus where it needs to be, making sure the tools are available to you and making the right choices in your life to keep life on track.
