It's a 4-phase diet plan:
Phase 1: 2 weeks of NATURAL FOOD:
fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, legumes (beans), coconut oil for cooking, extra virgin olive oil w/ a splash of dressing for salad dressing. This means, you can NOT eat dairy, meat, bread, pastries, sugar or artificial sweetener, canned fruits or veggies, anything with white flour, no grains or rice.
The Cleanse: 3-10 days and it's optional
Start the night before with a laxative tea like smooth move or get regular tea.
Get up, drink salt water: 2 tsp uniodized sea salt in 4 cups of luke warm water. Drink it within 20 minutes and do it every morning of the clense.
Drink Lemonade 6-8x/day: squeeze 1/2 lemon into 1 c spring water and add 1-2 tablespoons grade B pure maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne pepper powder.
Eat only cucumber, watermelon, oranges, grapefruit, celery, tomatoes, seedless grapes and fruit and/or veggies juices. And, only eat in extreme cases when you are about to break the cleanse.
You can drink herbal organic teas too.
You can do 3 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on the cleanse and eat the natural foods on the 3 days off.
The Smoothie Eating Plan: 6 weeks
Start with a base of protein; hemp whey, egg, rice.
Add something creamy; banana, avocado, organic milk, sour cream, almond butter, peanut butter
Add thickeners; cereal, oats, fiber, carrot pulp from juicing
Add fruit; handfull of blueberries, 5 strawberries, mango, peach, raspberries, ect.
Add healthy fats; nuts, oils, flax seed oil, omega-3 fish oil
Add fruit of veggie powder for anti-oxidants
Add 6-9 ice cubes and a little water
Blend and serve
Lifestyle Un-Diet: 6-12-weeks
Follow These Eating Rules:
Get 30-40 grams of fiber per day
Eat 5-6 meals per day including smoothies or snacks
Make your biggest meal breakfast and get smaller making your smallest meal closest to bedtime
Eat only foods on the list
Eat something raw at every meal
Cheat once a week
Dinner should always consist of a cold water fish; cod tilapia, halibut, slamon, tuna...for protein
Eat liver cleaning foods; garlic, grapefruit, beets, carrots, green tea, leafy greens, avocados, apples, olive oil, whole grains, cruciferous veggies (broccoli & cauliflower), lemons, limes, walnuts, cabbage, turmeric.
To be successful; set goals, schedule activities, build a support system, know your pitfalls, track your weight and measurements, have a workout plan.
