- Veggies
- Men, they require more calories.
- People the always want to feed you.
- Kids. Moms tend to eat unfinished food off their kids plates.
- College Roomies and Drinking Buddies, inevitably, it ends in yucky drinking food!
- Co-Workers, baked goods and soda stashes. Must I say more?
- Eat Lean Protein at EVERY meal
- Add Good Fat
- Fill Your Plate with Fiber
- Go Crazy 1 Meal per Week
- Drink Water BEFORE meals
- Don't Drink Your Calories.....
- Unless It's Milk
- During Your Workout, Add Strength and Speed It Up
