Staying on Track

It's NOT Worth It
Foods To Compliment Your Workout:
  • Nuts
  • Yogurt
  • Fruit
  • Whole Grains
  • Veggies
The Worst People for Your Diet:
  • Men, they require more calories.
  • People the always want to feed you.
  • Kids. Moms tend to eat unfinished food off their kids plates.
  • College Roomies and Drinking Buddies, inevitably, it ends in yucky drinking food!
  • Co-Workers, baked goods and soda stashes.  Must I say more?
Food Habits that Wreck Your Diet:
  • Eat Lean Protein at EVERY meal
  • Add Good Fat
  • Fill Your Plate with Fiber
  • Go Crazy 1 Meal per Week
  • Drink Water BEFORE meals
  • Don't Drink Your Calories.....
  • Unless It's Milk
  • During Your Workout, Add Strength and Speed It Up
