What are you doing?

So, I've been hearing it a lot...not always in regards to me, but in general to weight loss.  What do all the answers have in common?  2 factors and they're easy in theory and hard in practice; nutrition and exercise!

You have to find inspiration.  Find it anywhere; pictures, blogs, others...you can do it!  You get it.

Couch to 5k is a great start on some good old fashion cardio.  It's a 10 week program.  It's easy to follow.  And, it doesn't contain a daily workout, it's 3 or 4 days a week.  Motivate yourself and get off the couch, leave the recliner, shut off the tv and computer and you'll surely find some motivation to do SOMETHING!

Now take a look at this list:
  1. Keep a Food Journal
  2. Drink Water, 8 glasses of it
  3. Eat Your Greens
  4. Cook with Fat Free Broth
  5. Eat Whole Grains
  6. Measure Everything
  7. Use Skim Milk
  8. Take Time Eating
  9. Use Smaller Plates
  10. Exercise
  11. Eat More Seafood
  12. Use Meat as a Condiment
  13. Eat More Fiber
  14. Eat More Veggies
  15. Eat Healthy Snacks
