The online Personal Trainer from Women's Health is neat and it's free for 30 days.  Can't beat that!  It has food plans and workouts to follow, like an online personal trainer.  It helps you set goals and schedule workouts.  Once again, you just have to get off your butt and do it.  It seems like that's the hardest part!  Make it a habit and just do it already.  Women's Health also has tons of workouts and exercises to target trouble areas.  So, if you have something plaguing you that you just can't kick, have a go at it!  Hey, it's free for 30 days, so you're not out anything if you sit on your butt after 2 days and that's about the worst thing that can happen.  Hey, you might even stick with it!
